No. She was in Revenge of the Fallen and a bit of exposition in Dark of the Moon explained it that she dumped Sam. She didn't die.

Yea, I was thinking they had replaced her with another woman. Not sure who, but I distinctly remember hearing she wasn't coming back. Think there was some bad blood between her and the director?

Yes, they replaced her with some blonde model whose name I can't be bothered to Google. And there was some drama between Megan Fox and Michael Bay, along with Michael Bay taking many petulant potshots at her during the press rounds for the movie. She actually came off looking more mature than he did.

I don't know what was said, but it sounds like they were both somewhat unprofessional. Michael Bay should've left well enough alone, though; after replacing her there was no need to make digs about her absence.

She said Michael Bay (director) is like Hitler and Spielberg (producer) said to fire her.

Oh yeah. She knows how to push my buttons and make me think. Doesn't matter if her fic is 100 words long or 100,000 words long. She nails me every time.

I like her writing, but this pairing never really grabbed me. I think it's more that Mikaela never grabbed me than anything about how Cyndi handles them.

Truefax: I didn't think twice about Mikaela until I read the fics. Then she got more interesting with all this new headcanon going on. I liked that DOTM didn't subvert all that work she put into those fics.

My favorite parts are how she writes Optimus. He feels real. I see the "guy behind the mask" and it's a change of pace from the bot on the mountain I see in most other fics.

I anoned her on tumblr a couple days ago about the pairing, and she gave me a long answer detailing a whole bunch of headcanon. I'm still blown away by her imagination.

Other fics of hers that I enjoy are Duobus, the Light series and Ambrosia.

Ambrosia really has a special place in my soul for giving me the courage to get out of an abusive relationship.
