Experimenting on non-consenting humans is a crime. It shouldn't be punishment for one no matter what the criminal did.

Before anyone says it, yes, I am 100% against the death penalty, prison labor, and other prison conditions that are illegal everywhere else.

Yes. It is a crime and should be a crime for every human. Because if you condone for the criminals you deem to be the worst, you are condoning it towards whatever crime is scene as "worse" in other places. In some countries being raped is considered a heinous crime.
