Marty Sue?
It's just that Mary Sue for girls is the most beautifull, charming, nice, etc. For boys it's the strongest and coolest. Which Bond is kinda is. Then there's teen Mary Sue which is rebelling and outsmarting everyone.

Usually the "Sue" is changed to "Stu" - Marty Stu or Gary Stu.

Also, Mary Sues have a huge pile of variations, a decent list of the most common ones is on TV Tropes:

Interestingly, I don't think Stus show quite as much variation as the female kind. Maybe because they favour being power fantasies.

Yeah, my favourite (and one I indulge in, in RP) is related to it - OC Stand-In. Both are canon characters, but an OC Stand-In has little to no characterisation in canon, so one can inject whatever personality one wishes.
