Re: Liking anti-heroes
Kida isn't even manipulative. That's a different, and hilariously unapologetic, character with charisma. No, Kida is just this guy who causes a lot of collateral damage for reasons passed off as vengeance when it's more lack of communication and ego, and gets a free pass because I don't know why.
I could see how that'd be irksome with Haruka. I always got the impression that it was more for show and flustering girls, while in private she was more sweet and reserved with her actual girlfriend, like in the end Michiru was the one still had "claim". And I dig that kind of "infidelity with rules" kind of thing and get a bit giddy when it pops up in other things, like House of Cards for instance.

Also for some reason, though I hate her flirting in front of her girlfriend, the scene that irked me the most was when she flirted with the room service girl behind her back.
I think the manga showed more balance in that department, Haruka's more touchy-feely there.
