It's from Aliens. That's a facehugger, doing as it's name implies, and implanting an alien embryo in the person which later violently burst out of their chest (hence the nickname "chestburster").

The aliens in the series can be viewed as having pseudo-sexual implications to them, including imagery relating to fellatio, pregnancy and general phallic imagery (apparently Giger, the artist who designed the aliens, likes using phallic shapes).
