honestly for anime those boobs look pretty decent. They aren't flying in opposite directions, they aren't big enough to have their own gravitational pull, they don't have weirdly detailed nipple-outlines despite ostensibly being held up by a bra so as to not get all flap-jacky.

In addition to what others have said about crushing big bosoms, young womens' boobs are typically naturally high enough that the arms just end up right underneath naturally. I have tiny boobs, but if I try to cross my arms over them I look like I'm waiting for a bus in the dead of winter or something.
