Can... can we ask for double-fried fries? I've never been brave enough to ask because I don't want to inconvenience people, but I really really like my fries crispy.

If we aren't in the middle of a rush, I don't see why not? (If you are the only customer store or one of like, three, we will gladly do whatever you want. Or at least I will. But in a rush you'd be looking at a five minute wait and that can lead to trouble). No one's ever asked so if it was me I'd have to check with a manager, but they might go for it.

But... I don't think that's going to work out for you? I've seen fries that are just slightly over time and they mostly looked burnt. Also crispy fries might not hold the salt as well.

But if you're ever alone in the restaurant, it doesn't hurt to ask, and a GOOD employee will have no problem checking or making your fries, so long as they aren't in a crowd of orders.

I used to work somewhere that severed tater tots, and we were discouraged from double dropping them because they were seasoned and having seasoning in the fryers just meant we had to clean them more often. You manager might say the same thing.

This is true. We are constantly having to clean the vats. But we also are one of those big franchises that puts customer satisfaction before EVERYTHING so... (seriously, if you come in and complain that something was wrong with your food we will fix it. Even if you are lying [sidenote: do not lie for free food. We cannot catch you but if we know and you know you're just pissing everyone off as we smile and hand you your free burger that you could have just paid four stupid dollars for])
