I feel for you anon! I remember working at McDonald's and I would get pretty annoyed at the customers who complain about the fries. Once, we had just changed out the frying oil so the fries were a bright golden color and one lady was staring at it, looking a little disgusted and said, "THEY DON'T LOOK COOKED!" even though she was standing there WATCHING us fry it for 3-4 minutes.

I love that. I also love people who see fries in the heating rack already bagged and go "I don't want THOSE." Good. You aren't getting those. They are FOR THE ORDERS WE HAVE ALREADY TAKEN AND ARE ABOUT TO SEND OUT.

Like, how long do you people think those have been sitting there? When we get yelled at if your wait is longer than like, four minutes? Once a lady had been there for five minutes or so during a rush because her food took so long so we gave her TWO free desserts.
