You know how you get soggy fries? The fries were either old, or the fries were thawed before going in. That's a problem with inconsistent freezing as much as anything, and there's not much your average employee can do about that one.

Yeah, we get warned multiple times during training that if you leave fries out too long they will get soggy. And out of the dozens of boxes in our freezer, at least one large fry is bound to be a dud.
