Where are you going? What you need to bring depends a lot on what kind environment you're bringing them into.

i.e. if it's a hot place, then you'll need to bring something to bring down body odor from the sweat, but if it's a humid area I'd recommend deodorant or antiperspirant; conversely, if it's a dry area, I'd recommend scented body spray.

On the flip side, if you're going somewhere cold (but not cold enough that you'll be wearing layers that you'll sweat inside of), then I wouldn't worry so much because body odor won't be as much of an issue, anyway.

Either way, maybe get some dry shampoo? It'll work wonders if you're traveling in a situation where you don't always have time to shower.

Also, whatever electronics you bring, remember to bring the chargers! :)

I'm going to Germany - so just regular Western European summer, I guess, which so far has been a bit shitty. Basic living conditions, about ten person rooms with bunk beds.

Dry shampoo already packed! (Though, it does make me a bit itchy). Not sure about showering conditions - they will probably be shared in some capacity or another, so not sure how much shower time I'll be getting.

Hmm, I'm not all that familiar with Western European weather, but I guess I would definitely recommend body spray if it gets warm and generally isn't too humid (the mist can cool you down a bit).

If you're going to be sharing a room with bunkbeds, bring some strong binder clips or something, for when you need some privacy (or just want to read or use your computer late at night and don't want to disturb the others). It will be easier to hang a blanket or towel from the side of a bunk above you to create a little 'cubicle' out of your bunk.

Also, earphones. If you're sharing a room, DO NOT FORGET THE EARPHONES. :P
