Only, that total bullshit. There are so many games made for some consoles, you could spend years just playing through the backlog if you're so inclined. You might not be up-to-date, but it's ludicrous to presume someone is not a "gamer" just because s/he plays games that are several years old. That being said, a lot of the older consoles are actually nicer for some types of gamers (I.e. those who are solitary gamers and don't want to wave their arms around). I'll take an XBox 360 over an XBox One any day of the week, and well as a DS over a 3DS (I'm just not fonnd of the 3D) and don't even get me started on the Wii.
