These characters on this show are clearly destined to get together, but we don't want it to happen yet! Better chuck a bland and unsuitable love interest at one of them!

IA And the on again, off again roller coaster they inevitably go on. Because oh no, we can't let them be together and happy for too long, let's make this character do something completely out of character to fuck it up. Oh, but the other character still loves them despite they've been acting like a completely asshole to them, better get back together!
