There's always going to be exceptions, just like there are still Hellsing cosplayers who think it's cool to wear a swastika (granted that is present in canon). Of course 'like no' didn't mean absolutely zero, or there wouldn't be a secret in the first place. When I do see it nowadays it tends to be male cosplayers looking for an excuse to do reenactment uniforms at cons.

I've also seen "romantic" pictures of Nazi Germany and Prussia in Hetalia cosplay on dA. It's ... mmmm, disquieting.
