All I have to say is, don't let the worst stories get to you. Websites and YouTube videos and talk shows love to make them out like they're the only ones, and that's... not always true.Also, don't base things on the internet - talk to your doctor or some sort of professional, anyway.

oh, of course! i'm generally pretty wary of anything i hear on the internet, and i intend to speak to a counsellor or someone if i can. i was just wondering /who/ to speak to.

but yeah, anecdotes of people whose lives suck have kinda been getting to me. :(
