I'd forgotten about those Super Special Mutants. But yes, total agreement here. That's why individual citizens are generally not allowed to own nuclear weapons as part of their personal arson - because really? You expect to be able to trust every Tom, Dick, and Harry with that much power?
And for what it's worth, I totally agree with you re: the property damage and feuding.
