uh yo one-sided moderate-to-severe headaches is like the basic textbook definition of migranes without aura, which are a)fucking awful I totally feel you there, and b)like twice as common among women than men. I didn't start having them until well into my 20s so maybe tell your doctor about this, especially if one of your listed side-effects is migraines, but it's probably nothing to worry about.
