I've never taken Zoloft (pretty sure my mother did, but not for long and she didn't have those particular side-effects) so I have no comment on that, but headaches are listed as a side-effect on near about every prescription I've ever seen, so I doubt it's anything abnormal, just extremely unpleasant. IMO you should talk to your doctor again. It's a pain in the ass, but...I don't know what else to suggest. :/ Sorry. I hope you feel better soon and figure something out.
