(Anonymous) 2014-07-20 01:34 am (UTC)(link)You have to choose to make a weapon to hurt others, and it requires a great deal of skill, education, and effort to do so. Destructive mutations, on the other hand, are consistently shown as pretty effortless to wield, and most dangerous mutations can be dangerous without the conscious choice of the person who has them.
