Re: Money!

Could you get a housemate? Other than that, pet sitting could earn you some money, so would other people go to vacation type of stuff (watering neighbours plants, taking in the mail and such), you might not earn a lot doing it, but it isn't time consuming also cleaning/running errands for people.

On a more controlled way: If your city/country have a service for handicapped/old and/or children in need to have a what is called in Norwegian "support aid", who spends a couple of hours a month with an individual doing things they are not able to do on their own (going to the cinema, weekly shopping, just going out to see people).

In a similar thought, it will take a bit (and depending on your financial/age/living situation) you could get certified through the Child Protective Service, should have a program in place for kids who need someone to go to one or twoish weekends a month (either because their parents or siblings are sick, or other reasons to why they can't be at home full time, or they are already in the system and have no one to visit).

Dunno how helpful this was, I am not completely sure how much these kinds of things transfer across borders.
