Complain to corporate headquarters. Seriously. Give them the day you were there, the location of the restaurant, explain the situation, and tell them the manager was dismissive of your injury. They will at bare minimum get chewed out and maybe next time something like that happens they'll take it more seriously.

Also, if enough people complain about that burger, they'll either change it or take it off the menu.

Someone else on here said they were also burnt by that burger! I posted on their facebook page about it.

Facebook's a good start, but I would definitely e-mail corporate headquarters too. Those are the complaints they take more seriously.

Also, if you ever have a great experience at a restaurant, you can e-mail that to corporate too! (Provided it's a corporate restaurant.) Getting complimentary e-mails about managers and servers can help lead to raises and promotions.
