Mostly something like: "Really?" either from straight friends or gay friends.

Straight people tend to assume I'm straight, gay people tend to assume I'm gay. The fact that I'm bisexual is apparently just surprising to everyone.

Plus, I'm sure there are a bunch of people who don't believe me and think I'm just going through a phase or something, but they can go eat a bag of dicks.
