That's not the same thing as making a video game based on real and current murders, WTF. It doesn't even try to tell the real story or be about the real people. This is not an attempt to get the truth out there or to educate people.

This game is more like if Henrietta Lacks had been murdered last year and some guy makes a point and click out of it for kicks. Also her name will be Jenny Smithson because it's just a game based on her murder and the murders of people like her and there are detective puzzles and shit. You think that's bad? My god chill out, it's totes appropriate... right? Right?

The point of OP's post was that it was a white male telling the story. I guarantee you the post would not even have been generated if it was someone "cooler" doing the exact same thing.
