This honestly. If you think it's a problem medication can help in some cases, but care or not it sounds like this. Not everybody has it all the time, it can come out when under certain conditions.

I'm sure it's some kind of mental problem, but all of that actually sounds kind of cute.

sounds like mild Tourette's. My brother has severe Tourette's so his is ramped up but he definitely makes the sounds and sometimes doesn't realize it, and he sucks his thumb and has a comfort item at age 25.

Have you ever spoken to a mental health professional and been diagnosed? I was diagnosed with Asperger's and it didn't ruin my life, just helped me understand some things about myself better. (Also spell check is telling me there's no such word as Asperger's, but fuck spell check.) Um, and hugs. If that doesn't freak you out. :-)

Yeah, I was going to say that they sounded like vocal stims. Nothing to be alarmed about, OP! :) Just a quirk.

(If the hair-pulling is causing you pain, you can try redirecting it to something less painful, though. Ask yourself what causes you to do that, and see if you can find a substitute?)

Op

I have and Asperger's has come up. I'm not officially diagnosed because they said it wouldn't be worth doing, since I haven't had problems at work or with my family and whatnot.
And thank you ^_^. Online hugs don't freak me out :)

I was just going to say that I find the Endermen strangely cute and would probably feel the same way about you making Enderman noises.

Just a heads up, but you might want to use another image host besides photobucket next time you make a secret. (I recommend imgur.com) The url has your username, so people can go through your albums and stuff. Takes out the secret part of sercret making, y'know.

If it is any comfort I make shrill cries too. Though I do them when I am excited or happy. My husband calls them my warcries :P

The hair-pulling might be something called trichotillomania. It's basically like a compulsive/impulsive uncontrollable urge to pull your own hair out. I've had that since I was 12, I'm 26 now, and, well...my hair isn't what it used to be after these years of daily damaging the roots.

I'm just commenting because I remember how badly everyone in my life handled it (my mom basically shaved my head when I was 13 trying to make me stop, and of course it didn't help a bit, other than making being in public even more anxiety-inducing than it already was, because of people staring), but I also remember that when I found out there was a name for it, that meant I wasn't alone with this weird hair-pulling thing, and that other people have it too, and that it's not just some weird and stubborn "habit" that I refuse to let go of. Finding a name for it helped me understand it, and after that, even control it to some extent.

Of course, I don't know you OP so I don't know at all if you're dealing with that, or with something completely different, but just in case it is trichotillomania, and just in case you're not aware of what it is and that there's a name for it (and that you're not alone with it, if it indeed is that), I thought I'd post this.

Well first off that actually sounds hella cute. I love Endermen and the noises they make. (As long as you don't make the noise they do when you look at them, because yikes)

Secondly, as someone with Asperger's, I read this secret and nodded to myself and went "yep." That sounds like some of the 'quirky' stuff I do. Or maybe Tourette's or mild OCD. It might help you to go see a psychologist or somebody and get a diagnosis, but as long as you're not hurting yourself with this stuff you should be fine. <3
