I've thought about this too. I think I might be too picky about who I want as friends. It's only really started in my mid 20s after a string of good and not so good friends. And I find it's getting more difficult to make friends in general, not even just finding people who meet my standards. I know it's because of me, but I'm not sure if I want to lower my standards and potentially end up with a bad friend and the drama that comes with it.
