I'm pretty far left myself, and I sometimes will follow a communist (or university-kid "communist") blog for a little while until I get sick of their spamming and pet issues.

The last one I followed was really anti-Israel because they're a project of the Evil American Empire or something. I get it, but it got tiresome.

So I started looking for opinions of lefty Israelis online.

So far I see lots of "Israel is acting awful" from Muslims. From an Israeli source I saw some protests that Israel is actually trying to treat injured Palestinians in the invasion, as if that makes the rest of way it's been handled acceptable.

Not encouraging.

And then there are the posts about "Jewish solidarity" it from Jews.

If you really are going to choose to stand with your own bad actors out of racial solidarity, then yeah, maybe you are part of the problem.

I'm really sad right now. Where are the voices for de-escalation?
