7. Might I suggest the Star Ocean and Tales of series? Also, ~~while it technically still is kiiiind of turn based~~ (actually, scratch that, it's not turn based at all), FF12 has a pretty neat battle system. And the other Manas are all action RPGs, so no need to worry there!

And while I fucking ADORE LUNAR and turn based combat in general, I can see how it's not for everyone, so.

39. Oh god I'd love to be in an RP with a Lockon or Soma. But I agree, 00's kind of... early into its run and not very good at character development. IMHO, the cast is kind of too big and unweildy to give a good grasp of the characters yet, which is really sad because, all things considered, some of them are really cool.

Er, I'm pretty sure #23 is a repeat.

This one made me lol so hard.

My friends go to an art school, and I've heard tales of them running into Naruto cosplayers on the bus. Apparently a teacher there will give out extra credit if you cosplay to class. He's really fat and wears Hello Kitty hair clips.

1.) THANK YOU! I have a couple con-friends who declare themselves "Kira Supporters" and I'm just like WTF GUYS. No one has the right to play God, no matter what fancy tools they have.

48.) IAWTC I saw some freshmen at the mall wearing headbands and felt so embarrassed when they went up to talk to me just because I picked up a Negima manga at the bookstore. >_>;;

7. But... but turned based is so FUN! It feels so strategic and less RAH PRESS BUTTANS FAST (then again, I'm very put-off when i learn an rpg has a NON turned-based system, so I'm just as guilty!)

Aw. But Lunar is so good. ;_;

The other Mana games aren't turn based, though. Secret of Mana uses a menu for magic and item use, but aside from that it's more like KH with the running around and swinging your weapon yourself. Seiken Densetsu 3 is the same. And they're both wonderful, so...? :o

2. I would wear clothing designed by Tite Kubo every day.
Hirohiko Araki also needs to start his own fashion line. Especially belts.

07. That doesn't make you a stuck-up elitist, that either makes you too stupid to know how to play them or afraid to play really awesome games. Those of use who like turn-based systems are the elitist ones.

I hate turn-based battle systems with a fiery, burning passion, to the point that it won't matter to me how excellent the story or characters are. I just want to do the fighting myself, goddammit. None of that select -> Attack/Item/Retreat bullshit.

The only game I could stand it in was Pokemon, and that was just by a hair.
