You're basically going to need to start washing your pants more often and if you don't shower all the time I'd start showering more often. If you don't want to or can't always do that, do some cleaning down there and use some fabric fresheners on your pants.

I've got a bit of a smell down there but as long as I stay clean and my pants are clean, it's not an issue.

And oh yes, forgot to say, doesn't sound like anything you need to be concerned about, just aging.
