IA. Don't understand people who are like, "Ew, water has no taste." Why does it have to taste like something? It tastes like water...

I am one of those people.

Because water doesn't taste like anything, it doesn't cut through whatever I'm eating in the way that a flavored or carbonated beverage does. It doesn't feel palate cleansing to me.

Same. Even just plain old seltzer water is fine, but it has to have SOMETHING beyond just regular water.

I don't get this either. It doesn't even have *a* taste, IMO. Different brands of bottled water taste different. (though to be fair, I mostly drink tap)

Agreed, but only for certain water. Like certain bottle water brands are just plain awful and depending on the location the tap water can be the worst thing ever or really good.

The objective best water is my home's tap water with ice.
