Agreed, though I kind of think the phrase is supposed to be a joke that refers to something that's not really a problem. Like, "ugh I hate it when I just put a pizza in the oven and my roommate comes out with a pizza, and now there's too much pizza and I don't know what to do with it." Or "Ugh my house is so big, it takes forever to go down to the kitchen to get a beer."

At least, that's how I interpreted it, though some people use it for actual but minor problems, and that's dumb. But I always thought it was for complaining about something while simultaneously showing off your "wealth" (literal or otherwise).
