lmao, but was that even the 'bad' ending? From the (admittedly little) I've heard about that game, most the endings are brutal.

Haha yeah it was one of the bad endings. I didn't know yaoi games could have "bad" endings so that was kind of a surprise. I think each character you can pursue has a good ending and a bad ending. Some are pretty obvious what the "correct" choices are to pick (to get the good ending, which presumably you want) but the one I did was not obvious to me at all.

Ah, I remember a secret or two about Dramatical Murder, and what I took from them was, "This game is really disturbing and the endings are brutal." It's nice to know that isn't always the case! I kind of want to play it but since getting it to work sounds complicated maybe I should look for playthroughs on youtube...

It sounds interesting, though! I always dig BioWare romances, so a game about just (or, well, mostly) romance sounds like lots of fun.

(I've been watching the anime, which is...not that great, but I've heard so much good about the game that I'm willing to assume it's quite different.)

and yeah the good endings are not brutal, not the ones I played anyway! They are pretty fluffy, tbh.
