But those other things are inappropriate because they involve genitals and a potential health hazard. Breasts aren't genitals, and breast milk going directly into a baby's mouth isn't a health hazard. And frankly, I don't think it's the "baby suckling" part that makes people so uncomfortable, but the overall stigma against women's chests, one that is irrational when men are allowed to put the exact same body parts on public display (even men with breasts themselves, so it's not even the protrusion of most women's chests that's the problem, just that they're female).
