SA If people did an even half-decent job warning for self-loathing in fic, I might agree with that. But as it is, no. And self-cest covers a really graphic possible scenario of it. Seriously. If you're going to have trigger warnings, having them for something that can mix sex with self harm makes perfect sense.

Nope.

Take up your issue with shitty labeling then rather than not trigger warning for selfcest because it might contain a mixture of self-loathing and rape.

A fic with a regular, ordinary, non-incest and non-selfcest pairing could be rapey and include self-loathing and self-harm. Meanwhile, an incest or selfcest fic could be none of those things.

The warnings should be for rape, self-loathing, and self-harm, not for the type of pairing.
