There is a hell of a lot of self-cest that is neither rapey nor self-loathing-ish. Just like there's a lot of same-age sibling or twin-cest that is not rapey or self-loathing.

Self-cest. Rape. Self-loathing. Three different things. They can all be expressed in the same fic, but they do not necessarily occur together. Finding an example of the three of them mixed is not sufficient to require trigger warning for any and all self-cest.
