Um... but binders aren't a slight, undue pressure, they make everything move around so you can look as flat as possible; he means more wearing a bra before they've dropped and the swelling's gone down. This sounds like a terrible idea. Implants are sturdy, but they're not intended to withstand something like a binder. I'd even be afraid they'd pop, let a lone move.

Also, there is no single "B-cup," it's all relative your rib circumference. So if you're 32" around, you're getting a 34" bustline, which has a smaller volume than a 38" underbust getting a 40" bustline. So it's at al feasible, it also depends on how much you're getting added on.

So just y'know talk to your doctor about this specific thing and see what he says to do. If it's totally fine, great, good for you! If he tells you not to, follow his professional advice so you don't wind up in hospital.
