I consider human rights to be limited to matters which create a direct impact upon a person's material well-being. Society has some responsibility to prevent people from starving, freezing, contracting diseases, being assaulted, robbed, etc. It has no such responsibility to prevent feelings from being hurt or offense from occurring. Such matters should be dealt with in a context of courtesy and manners, not rights.
