I prefer single person games because I can't get the grip of multi-tasking with multiple options (must not be a team player but am good at that in real life). I did have to rely on walkthroughs and hints online to get through Riven and Machinerium. But when Midnight Mansion was active I didn't do that and enjoyed playing it many times, even after I found all the secrets. Marathon was probably the only first player shoot em up game I could play endlessly.

Haven't played games in ages though, computer is low on memory and the games can't be run on newer systems. Such is technology I guess.
