No, Celestia is not Twilight's mother. Twilight already has a mother.

(Ironically, I'm fine with the far weirder "Twilight is Spike's mother" theory, but that might just be because it gave us this.)

The absolute fulfillment of Twilight and Spike's relationship. (Though I prefer the interpretation that Spike's egg was a painted fake, meant as a test of how Twilight would react to failure, and no one was expecting a real live dragon to hatch out of it.)

Wasn't Twilight just a kid when Spike hatched, though? That's kind of horrifying to think about

The idea that Spike doesn't know who his mother is allows all sorts of possibilities, from the sorrowful to the horrifying.
