Myopic? I participate in fandom because I found a show that 'spoke' to me, with interesting characters and a canon singing with possibilities past and present. The show has been over for ten years now and I'm still writing because I am still endlessly fascinated with it.

I am in fandom FOR this show, not because I want to be in FANDOM. There's a difference.
