JK Rowling said he was more interested in dragons than romance, so it's more than just 'he's not paired'. I'd think that lends more credence to him being aromantic, but yes.

(This coming from someone who is both aromantic and asexual, I highly approve of that being applied to Charlie, and I don't think it makes aces sound 'weird' when it is.)
