I don't think it automatically implies that you extend those feelings to others, but I think the world being what it is, people will absolutely read it that way. But as long as you're very explicit and clear about the fact that this is a specific personal feeling and that you don't think the experience is deserved or justified for others, I think you will be fine, and I encourage you to share your feelings.

(I also doubt that you really did deserve whatever happened to you, but then again I guess I don't really have any idea what you're talking about, so)
