Eh, I doubt much will change, honestly. Torrent-wise, good luck taking down Nyaa and Pirate Bay. As for manga, the biggest sites like Mangareader won't give a shit and will keep happily posting stuff. The only scanlation site that'll probably take anything at all down is Batoto and they don't usually list as much popular licensed stuff anyway, at least not in English.

Yeah, they tried this before and all the manga reader sites (like mangafox etc) did was take down the things that were licensed in the US and now they sometimes don't even do that anymore.
