That whole seasons one and two being a tv show within a tv show was a dub only thing iirc.

Really? That seems like a strange thing to add. I've only seen the dubs (which I love, so I'm not necessarily compelled to go watch the Japanese versions) but I did hear they took a lot of liberties in adapting them for American children's TV.

The only thing we know in the Japanese version of Tamers is that there is a fictional Digimon property. The dub explicitly references this property as being Adventure/02, to add continuity, I guess.

Sorry for butting in. I like talking about Digimon.
