my favorite is "dang, that's expensive! Why is it so expensive???" Sheesh, neither I nor my boss - nor my boss' boss, nor my boss' boss' boss! - have control over product prices. You're the one paying for it. As long as customers are willing to pay that price, it won't drop. (I mean seriously the majority of the time this happens they buy it anyway)

My emotions are very high tonight and my self loathing is really strong. I just want nothing more than to tell everyone I know I'm a toxic piece of shit.

I want to fucking bully myself. Because I feel like the only one who deserves it.

I get waves of self loathing from time to time, but usually they have a reason. I don't know where this came from.

that's what I've done when I feel like shit about myself. It helps me let it out and get past it.
