Re: Hurt/Comfort (sort of inspired by #6)

In theory I like it a lot, but I don't like cheesiness, and most hurt/comfort is horribly cheesy. If done correctly, I'm pretty predictable in what I like - I like it in m/m slash, with the one enduring the abuse being who I "identify" with. Scarequotes for a reason, because it's not actual identification, but the one I emotionally latch onto. I don't like it in m/f or f/f. Occasionally I like non-sexual h/c, usually with family dynamics.
