In honor of the Digimon announcement, I'm gonna say Tai/Sora and TK/Kari. Never got why fandom were so surprised and upset that Tai/Sora didn't get together when there was never any hint that they liked each other that way besides one or two lines from Tai, added by the dub, in the movie. And TK/Kari puts me to sleep it's so boring.

I don't hate them or ship anything in Digimon, but I agree on TK/Kari being absolutely boring.

Well, most people here probably watched the dub first, and Tai, very much in canon, likes Sora, and in the movie it's really implied that Sora likes Tai, too. Whether or not the dub was "accurate", the English characters did have some element of romantic tension between them, which is why the ship is so popular. And Sora and Matt didn't really have any romance in the dub, which made her getting with Matt in season 2 kind of a shock.

For the record, I don't ship either. I ship Tai/Matt. :P

I've watched both the dub and original several times, but I didn't see many "like like" hints from either of them about each other. Even when I tried looking for them. *shrug* I'll grant that Matt and Sora didn't either, but saying Tai/Sora should've been canon because Matt/Sora didn't make sense... well, that never made sense to me either.

I ship Tai/Matt too, hell yeah.

TK/Kari made both characters so dull and bland. They could have used some more development, but they had the best potential when they were with other characters.
