Ah yes. The larger sociological implications of fan shipping. Truly one of the most serious threats to the advancement of gay rights around the world. It could have devastating consequences if allowed to continue unchecked. Perhaps even the governments of states and countries on the brink of liberalization of gay rights could be swayed back by the power of...some lesbian and a dude in an NBC horror series. Truly. I mean, it's SHIPPING.
