I like tartar sauce for french fries. Heck I like tartar sauce on baked ham! I recently discovered I could add tuna to a frozen food meal for extra protein. Amy's Kitchen Mushroom Risotto. The tuna plus a little cheese (either a Babybel thing or Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge) and it tastes pretty darn good!

I ordered a cheeseburger last week with grilled onions and mustard (they put both ketchup and mustard on it but it was fine). My dad said he could never add onions or mustard to a burger.

Ohh.

My burgers have a patty , American cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and sometimes onion. and sometimes bacon.

The onions have to be grilled. I can't stand onions raw since they can be so strong. But grilling them mellows them out.

They say everything is better with bacon.

Ah yeah grilled onions are best for that.

And yes. I also want to try chocolate dipped bacon one day.

What!!!!!!!

Onions and mustard are top-tier burger toppings. They're absolutely necessary. Burger, cheese, onions, and mustard is a great, classic combo. Can't believe this nonsense I'm hearing right now.

..Weird. The default fast food hamburger when I was growing up always had ketchup/pickle/mustard/onion. I hated onions so my mom would always have to ask them for a burger without onions, and we'd wind up sitting at the drive-thru while they put one together for me - or if we were in a rush, we'd just order the standard burger and I'd have to scrape the onions off... which sucked, because it meant most of the ketchup and mustard went with it, and occasionally I'd miss an onion chunk and bite into that nasty onion texture. Ugh, even thinking about it makes me cringe.

I don't like mustard on burgers at all. I like it on pastrami sandwiches though.
