It was so much fun. I haven't had that much fun from a movie in...I don't remember. Even The Avengers wasn't as much fun. And I LOVE that movie. It reminded me of all 80's sci-fi movies I used to love as a kid like The Last Starfighter. And on a shallow note, man, those are some beautiful starships. I am getting tired of the gunmetal or the black/white industrial look of modern starships in movies and shows. The ones in this movie were pretty. Like I want to pilot one.

This whole movie was so so pretty and surprisingly fleshed out. It made me wish for space travel all the more.

Me too. But with nicer designed ships. We have had the same shuttle design for decades now. Yes, I know it works. But still...can we try something new?
