A W-4 has a social security number on it. That means someone's legit number is being used without their permission. After watching a co-worker spend damn near six months clearing up his credit after some douche got his number, I don't find this as funny as you do.

You want to use a fake ID to get into a club and drink, I don't care. But not only is this fraud, but it could potentially screw up some innocent person's life if that number is used not just for withholding, but for opening electrical & water accounts, renting an apartment, or what have you and racking up bills that don't get paid.

In the name of all the people who've been bitten in the ass by this kind of fraud, which is in no way a victimless crime, I hope you get fired.
