Nah, if someone said, "every boyish girl or girl guy character is trans and you MUST agree with this" then yes that'd imply that. But it's really not strange that ppl may headcanon many characters who fit those patterns as trans, given that many trans people before transitioning also fit that pattern. It gives you somewhere to start with your AU.

But there are also plenty of cis people who fit that pattern and plenty of trans people who don't. It's conflating gender presentation with gender identity when they really aren't the same thing at all.

People headcanon Arya Stark as trans all the time. What does she say, over and over? "I'm not a boy!"

Yup, she's trans all over.
